About this project

A Bible verse on a small card can raise a large question. This project offers somewhere to take that question.

This is an independent Christian outreach project by cruxcards.org. Its purpose is to help people who are curious or unsure understand the gospel and, if they want, connect with a local church.

We believe that Jesus Christ, God’s Son, became human, died for our sins and rose bodily from the dead; that forgiveness and new life are God’s gift, received through faith; and that following Jesus includes turning towards God and sharing life in Christian community.

We offer an invitation to consider these claims, not an expectation that you already agree. You can read, ask, disagree, take time, or leave. Church recommendations should take your location, questions, preferences and practical needs seriously.

From a card to a conversation

The four starting verses explore love, rest, forgiveness and meaning. Each leads to a short explanation, the central Christian story and space for honest questions. You don’t need to join a programme to talk with someone.
